I love to design new courses, activities and rubrics. I am always experimenting and seeking new ways to improve as a teacher. I love to learn and I am passionate about teaching. I was born in the United States and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez Campus (UPRM) with two degrees, one in Psychology and my second one in English Literature. I also took most of the courses from the UPRM’s PPMES (Teacher Preparation Program) and learned a lot about pedagogy from that program.
